A group of NLFR runners and friends run a series of Thursday night structured speed sessions, the focus of which is to improve fitness, running speed, endurance and stamina.
The sessions vary from week to week and start from a variety of places around North Leeds following the schedule that can be found here. All are suitable for runners of all paces and we will attempt either do the session as one group or break into similar pace groups where possible.
**Please note, the training schedule is subject to change due to inclement weather or other circumstances. Updates are provided on the weekly email, WhatsApp group and Facebook page, please check these in advance of sessions.**
There will be no sessions when there are local fell races, as we like to support local races and you are encouraged to do them instead, as they are a great workout in themselves.
