A group of NLFR runners and friends run a series of Thursday night structured speed sessions, the focus of which is to improve fitness, running speed, endurance and stamina.

All are suitable for runners of all paces and we will attempt either do the session as one group or break into similar pace groups where possible.

**IMPORTANT NOTICE**

The Thursday training schedule is sometimes subject to change because of inclement weather or inadequate attendadnce. Please check our Whatsapp group **on the day** for any updates.

There will be no sessions when there are local fell races, as we like to support local races and you are encouraged to do them instead, as they are a great workout in themselves.
